Terms of Use

Review these terms before connecting a wallet or submitting a BOT Chain transaction.

1. Software interface

Diadeal Network is a non-custodial software interface and public smart-contract participation system. It is not a bank, exchange, wallet, investment service, privacy protocol, mixer, identity provider, or financial adviser.

2. Public and irreversible activity

BOT Chain transactions may be public, irreversible, delayed, replaced, reorganized, rejected, or failed. You are responsible for reviewing the active wallet, chain, contract address, native value, destination, calldata, and gas before confirmation.

3. Standard, Boosted, and Upgrade actions

Standard Access sends 0 BOT value to the Diadeal contract but still requires BOT for network gas. Direct Boosted Access sends exactly 0.01 BOT plus network gas and records 200 points after a successful receipt. A Standard wallet may send exactly 0.01 BOT once to add 100 points and reach a final total of 200.

4. Diadeal Points

Points are non-transferable wallet-bound contract records. They are not tokens, NFTs, money, equity, debt, governance rights, or an investment product. They cannot be transferred, traded, redeemed, withdrawn, or assigned a cash value by the application.

5. No token or airdrop promise

No token, airdrop, allocation, eligibility rule, conversion ratio, return, price, or future benefit is promised. Participate only for the stated public record, not an expectation of financial reward.

6. Privacy boundary

Diadeal does not provide protocol-level privacy. Wallet addresses, values, calls, blocks, timestamps, state, and behavior patterns may be public. Application-level data minimization does not make BOT Chain activity anonymous or invisible.

7. Non-custodial operation

Diadeal does not custody funds or private keys, cannot recover a lost wallet, and cannot reverse a confirmed transaction. Never share a seed phrase or private key with the interface or anyone claiming to represent Diadeal.

8. Wallet identity limitation

Contract rules apply per wallet address. One wallet is not proof of one person, and one person may control multiple wallets.

9. External services and availability

RPC, wallet, WalletConnect, hosting, indexer, Explorer, faucet, and network outages may interrupt service or provide incomplete information. Failed reads are not evidence that an on-chain record is zero or absent.

10. No advice and legal review

Diadeal does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, privacy, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. Laws may differ by jurisdiction. The project requires owner, Treasury, security, and legal review before public mainnet operation.

11. Changes and risk

The interface, rules, roadmap, and future research may change, be delayed, or be cancelled. Smart-contract, wallet, frontend, network, Treasury, regulatory, and infrastructure risks remain even after testing.
